Asian Cilantro Teriyaki Barbecue Sauce
Welcome to COOKING IN PLAIN ENGLISH VIDEOS! In this video I've shown how to make a fantastically flavorful Asian Cilantro Teriyaki Barbecue Sauce that goes will well beef, pork, chicken, fish or shrimp and requires the following ingredients and pieces of equipment:
Ingredients :
3 Garlic Cloves 1/4 Red (or any) Onion Handful of Fresh Cilantro 2 Teaspoons Apricot Jam 1 Teaspoon Mustard 4 Ounces Teriyaki Sauce 2 Ounces Rice Vinegar Dash Sesame Oil Hot Sauce (optional)

Cutting Board Sharp Wide-Bladed Knife Teaspoon Bowl Measuring Cup
1. Chop 3 garlic cloves and 1/4 onion. Rinse and chop a handful of cilantro.
2. Add 2 teaspoons apricot jam, 1 teaspoon mustard, 4 ounces teriyaki sauce, 2 ounces rice vinegar, dash sesame oil and hot sauce (optional) to taste. 3. Stir until the sauce is mixed together thoroughly.
