Quick Salad Dressing
Welcome to WESTERN COOKING IN PLAIN ENGLISH VIDEOS! In this video I'm going to show you how to make a very easy and quick homemade salad dressing that only requires the following ingredients and pieces of equipment:
Ingredients :
1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt 1/2 - 1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper 1 Teaspoon Sugar 2 Teaspoons Mustard 8 Ounces Vinegar 8 Ounces Oil
Equipment :
16 Ounce Jar with Lid or Measuring Cup Teaspoon
1. Add to the jar or measuring cup 1 teaspoon garlic salt, 1/2 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper (I'm using 3/4 teaspoon), 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 teaspoons mustard (I'm using Dijon Mustard but any mustard will work), 8 ounces vinegar (I'm using a combination of 4 ounces balsamic vinegar and 4 ounces apple cider vinegar but any single vinegar will work) and 8 ounces of oil (I'm using olive oil but canola or vegetable oil will also work).
2. Screw the lid on the jar tightly and shake the jar over the sink (to avoid splattering the kitchen if the jar lid isn't fit properly) or stir vigorously with a teaspoon if you're using a measuring cup. 3. Pour the salad dressing on the salad.
