 Let's Dance!!

It is my belief that ANYONE CAN DANCE! We all move rythmically all day - walking, swaying while on line, and playing with children. People dance ther way in and out of thier every day

  This Dance and Fitness in Plain English Blog is an open place for us to chat about dance and movement and how they are a part of everyday life.    

Do want to learn to partner dances like Tango, Waltz, Foxtrot,Swing, Hustle, Meregue, Cha Cha, Salsa

Do you want to move your body gently at  least once a day to gain flexibility? 

Are you seeing a special spark in your child when the music comes on and want to introduce them to ballet, hip hop, tap?

Are you simply looking to spice up your exercise and fitness routine with some basic and fun dance moves

Well, you've certainly come to the right place!

My passion is to assist people to find their own rhythm, get excited about it and use it to feel good! This exploration of movement can lead to learning a new dance, achieving fitness, losing weight, increasing flexibility, improving health...and that's just the start of it!
