It is my belief that ANYONE CAN DANCE! We all move rythmically all day - walking, swaying while on line, and playing with children. People dance ther way in and out of thier every day

My passion is to assist people to find their own rhythm, get excited about it and use it to feel good! This exploration of movement can lead to learning a new dance, achieving fitness, losing weight, increasing flexibility, improving health...and that's just the start of it!
