...and a broken piece of shell ends up in the bowl.
My first instinct used to be to use my fingers or a fork - or power tools!!! - to try to get hold of that eggshell but that only became an exercise in frustration. So, instead, I learned to use a larger shell piece to scoop up the smaller piece(s) as shown below.
Incredibly and fantastically, the two pieces attract each other making getting rid of broken eggshell as easy and non-frustrating as possible.
